Important message regarding the New HPMS User ID Request


Pharmaceutical Drug Manufacturer and Part D Sponsors should periodically review their HPMS contact information for accuracy and update it as needed. HPMS contact information is an important resource for CMS and the TPA and is used to disseminate important Coverage Gap Discount Program (CGDP) related information.

For those of you needing HPMS access, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) have updated the process for all manufacturers and sponsors to request a user ID for HPMS Access.
